Learning interest inquiryAsk another questionLearning interest and future participation
Who can submit a learning-interest inquiry?
A learner age 18 or older, a parent or legal guardian, an authorized adult, or an authorized representative of a refugee-serving organization may inquire. The inquiry helps KnowArk understand the learner’s situation. No new high-school cohort is open, and it does not reserve a place or guarantee admission.
Does KnowArk serve every K–12 grade today?
KnowArk’s K–12 vision begins with a proposed high-school pathway. No new high-school cohort or ASU Prep diploma route is currently available. Earlier-grade options depend on curriculum, staffing, safeguarding and partner capacity.
What programs does KnowArk offer?
KnowArk is developing four connected areas: a proposed high-school pathway, TVET, English language learning and college preparation. Specific courses, credentials, locations and opening dates will be announced only after approval and delivery arrangements are complete.
Is the high school diploma accredited?
No KnowArk–ASU Prep academic pathway is approved or available for enrollment. KnowArk is contacting ASU Prep Academy to explore whether an arrangement is possible. No agreement, course access, credit, transcript or diploma route has been finalized. A learner cohort would open only after ASU Prep approval and required contracting and authorizations are complete.
How much does participation cost?
Costs, sponsorship and scholarship availability can vary by program and delivery arrangement. KnowArk will communicate any applicable cost before a learner commits. Do not send payment in response to an unofficial message or personal account request.
What technology is needed?
A smartphone may be sufficient for an initial inquiry. Sustained coursework may require a computer or tablet, dependable internet and a suitable study location. A partner center may help provide access where available.
Can learners participate from another country?
KnowArk’s online model is designed for cross-border access, but program availability can depend on the learner’s age, location, technology, education history and the governing arrangements for a specific pathway.
Protecting learner information
Should I upload identity or immigration documents with the inquiry?
No. Do not submit passports, identity documents, immigration records, asylum or UNHCR case numbers, medical records or school records through the initial inquiry. KnowArk will explain later if information is needed and provide an appropriate sharing method.
How does KnowArk approach safeguarding?
KnowArk’s safeguarding framework covers appropriate adult conduct, authorized communication, privacy, reporting and partner readiness. Volunteer or partner participation may require additional screening, policies and training.
Are the learners shown in website photos KnowArk students?
Not necessarily. Contextual education photography is identified through the Media Credits page and is not presented as proof that a pictured person is enrolled at KnowArk.
Ways to participate responsibly
What is a partner center?
A partner center is a qualified community organization or learning space that may help learners access devices, connectivity, mentoring and a safe place to study. A submitted inquiry does not authorize use of the KnowArk name or create a partnership.
Can I volunteer as a teacher or mentor?
You can submit a volunteer inquiry describing your experience, languages, interests and availability. A placement depends on program need, role fit and the applicable safeguarding process.
How can I donate?
Use the official donation page linked from KnowArk.org. Knowledge Ark Inc. is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit with EIN 33-2373713. Donors should retain the receipt provided by the donation platform and consult their own tax adviser for personal guidance.
How can an institution explore a partnership?
Submit the partner inquiry with the organization’s location, learner reach, resources, safeguarding readiness and proposed collaboration. KnowArk will assess fit and define responsibilities before any public partnership claim is made.
