A clearer first step toward uninterrupted learning.
KnowArk is collecting learning-interest inquiries to understand a learner’s education history, current access, goals and support needs. No new high-school cohort or diploma pathway is open. This first step does not require sensitive documents.
Geographic status: KnowArk is headquartered in Phoenix but does not currently deliver learner services in Arizona. This page describes future pathways and planning inquiries only.
Tell us about a learnerRead common questionsFamilies, adult learners and trusted organizations can begin the conversation.
KnowArk is developing online and partner-center pathways for refugee and displaced learners. An inquiry helps us understand need; it is not an application, placement offer or indication that a program is currently available.
A student or authorized adult
Parents, legal guardians, authorized adults and learners age 18 or older may submit an initial inquiry.
A refugee-serving organization
Authorized representatives may inquire for learners they support, without sharing sensitive case information.
Choose “Not sure yet”
KnowArk can help identify whether high school, English, TVET, college preparation or a future K–12 pathway is most relevant.
What an inquiry can do today, with privacy protected from the beginning.
Initial inquiry
Share contact details, learner initials, age range, location and the main education need.
Pathway conversation
KnowArk reviews learning needs, access barriers and goals while pathways are still being developed.
Readiness review
Only after a pathway is approved and available would KnowArk explain required records and a secure way to share them.
Next-step decision
The adult contact receives a status update or future next step. An inquiry does not reserve a place or guarantee admission.
Beginning with high school, while building backward through K–12.
KnowArk’s proposed first academic focus is secondary education, with English language learning, vocational preparation and college readiness in development. Earlier-grade pathways depend on curriculum, staffing, safeguarding and partner capacity.
